The three-in-one feeder is equipped with a fully automatic double-sided oil feeder consisting of electric oil pump, aluminum alloy fuel tank, fluid solenoid valve (voltage 24V, 110V, 220V three optional), oil pipeline, oil return pipe, oil supply aluminum Alloy body, oil supply roller, oil adjustment valve and other components.
During operation, the electric oil pump is used to pump the lubricating oil in the aluminum alloy fuel tank into the conveying pipe, and pump the lubricating oil recovered from the return pipe into the conveying pipe and return to the storage tank.
In the process of transferring lubricating oil from the oil storage tank to the oil coating roller, the oil quantity can be fully adjusted by the oil quantity adjustment, the oil supply roller can be evenly coated, the oil supply effect is good, and the coating can be intelligently set according to the production needs.
